gazzaw
hi, I am trying to send an engine from Fife to Reading, it is a 6 cyl chevrolet engine but no idea of weight, approx dimensions 1m x 1m x 600mm. Am wondering if anyone has a courier or carrier they could recommend, would prob need a taillift as it must be over 100 to 150kg. gary

Lauren Child
Palletline springs to mind - looking at the website there doesn't appear to be a weight element on the quick quote. Hope that helps Make sure you have decent access - I've had a couple of pallet courier companies struggle with my gravel driveway.
Gerry275
We use "systematic" at work, for our pallet orders- no problems with them, have seen engines on pallets- even lathes. you pay for height - 1/2 or full. Make sure its attached to the pallet- put timber through pallet frame if need be to secure. i suggest pallet cling wrap to secure. Hope this of use. Pzkpfw-e
Try Parcels2Go.com A quick quote for a 1mx1mx60cm, 500kg load, gets a price of £60 or £75 for 2 day or next day delivery, via PalletForce (Parcel Force's sister company).
