Jack
Just following on from yesterday I thought I would post up some pictures of one of the gun ranges we visited whilst away on business - this wasn't in the UK  I must be honest and say that it was one of the scariest things that I had done. I have shot since I was old enough to hold a shotgun licence but I was freaked out by the way that you can just walk into a gun range and stand next to a load of strange and start shooting. Because we were in an indoor range the noise and the concussion was unbelievable scary to a newbie and hats off to anyone who has used one of the these for a living - it is scary stuff and you would not want to be hit by one of these. My hands where shaking so bad that my business partner had to load the first couple of clips for me as I just couldn't load it myself but after I had got of the shock of it all I was well away and really did think I was Clint Eastwood. I am back in the States at the end of the month........I might just have to pay a visit to another range, all in the name of business of course  http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/jack2.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/jack1.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/jack4.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/americanshooters.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/gunrack1.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/gunrack505.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/gunrack51.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/bazooka.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/rpg.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/target3.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/target1.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/thommy1-1.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/target2.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/jackshooting2.jpg[/img] http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/richmorris/m161.jpg[/img]

ArtistsRifles
Think I'd be more than a bit leery of discharging an RPG in an indoor range!!!! :schocked: :schocked:
Jack
I did ask Neil but they looked at me in the 'special' way  I had the same look when I ask if I could have a blast with the 'Dirty Harry' magnum :dunno:
ArtistsRifles
Not suprised mate!!! On an indoor range - if the blast from the projectile didn't get you then the back blast bouncing off the wall behind likely will!!!
