fv1609 Posted May 29, 2012 Author Share Posted May 29, 2012 OK Thank you Lee. I'll try ringing although I see from the MVT calendar he is the Trade organiser. I always prefer to avoid ringing organisers because you never know if they are eating, bathing, on the lavatory or watching a good TV programme etc at least emails can be dealt with when the time is right. Not so long ago I emailed a show organiser for an entry form & the reply came back "How can I send you a form without an address?" I wasn't expecting to be free that weekend, which is why I didn't try to book any earlier. Circumstances have changed so that I probably can make it but not 100% sure yet!
