The first one is actually on the out skirts of Carentan and you my just see the top of an arch at the bottom of the picture - sitting within this arch was an MG42 and its crew. You can see by the amount of bullets holes in the wall that there was a fire fight here between the 101st Airborne and the Germans............ The second picture is of the my children taken on one of the many bunkers of Utah, we spent every night down there as we were only staying 500yds from the beach. We return in April.
