Unseen Sussex Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Having just joined HMVF I guess an introduction is in order! All aspects of military history interest me, especially underground bunkers. I am based in Sussex and founded the Sussex Military History Society over 11 years ago. As a group we undertake research in many ways, encouraging members to engage in fieldwork, excavation and documentary evidence. I come from the West Sussex coast and also got interested in underground bunkers etc. A talk by Howard Toon at Lancing College wetted my appetite about 20 years ago.
