RMS Posted April 17, 2011 Share Posted April 17, 2011 the plug on the inner wing is for a slave starting cable, it was part of a kit for cold climates, there would have also have been a box on the passenger step to store the cable, it was standard issue kit for cold climate operations along with a fuel primer and canvas cover for the bonnet and grill, if it has "push the DOT" type fittings around the edge of the bonnet still that would have held the canvas in place.
