There is another set of a few pics of the 434 in the last tender http://s25.photobucket.com/albums/c75/Dougyfv432/fv434%2001ED86/ Hope this helps Dougy www.fv432.co.uk thats a great help Dougy, thanks. it apprears i am completely missing a bracket, in this photo you can see whats missing, i have the ram and the second arm but nothing to join the ram to it :nut: im also missing a whole lot of other parts so am making a spline shaft to go into the PTO and into a aftermarket pump with a connecting piece (for when the crane is not in use) pain in the bum but so be it. the spool valves in those pics are different to my ones, only slightly, are they aftermarket? im in need of new ones as one of the arm-spool piston connections has snapped and not repairable. any pics you could get and dimentions of the part missing would be great, i can then make a new one from there. jez Quote

Cant help with the valve chest but I wouldnt think it would be difficult to replace it with a civvy control block.Dont forget the shock abs lock out control on the end of it as well. DaveP Quote

marf Posted May 28, 2010 Author Posted May 28, 2010 dave would you believe i have been searching behind every crack to find a spare pump and mounting plate to borrow and copy. if i could you would become my new best friend . im in sussex, where are you? did we meet last year at war and peace? dave, i think im gonna stick witht he aftermarket system as the casing is going to be a nightmare to make. all i need to know is the current CC of the 434 pump? anyone kknow? dont want to blow a seal or go droopy (im already droopy enough) . dave, where about are you? any possibility i can come look at yours? i have so much missing that im having to make, especialy all the system for the ABS lockout, have the shocks but nothing else. jez Quote
