question LRDG Maps of western desert

Does anyone know of any sources (repro is fine) for the maps used by the LRDG in Egypt and Cyrenaica.

Fine grade for large scale? :cool2: Try old aeronautic map suppliers, most of the maps used then would be RAF aircraft charts.

Thanks, someone mentioned National Archive have some of the same marked up showing patrol routes -but how to get copies of same is the problem

It is posible to get copies of maps on CD. I have a 1930's jersey map that was done by a friend of mine with acess. The trouble is you do need a humongous scanner and printer. Try one of the local sign writers, they may have the kit. Amazon have links to independent dealears, I've got odd maps and books through them.

The original maps are normally to valuable to display.

I can get maps printed no problem from electronic or originals. If I can locate some of them in the first place
