General Duties
Just to say hello to all. I'm a retiree from Norfolk who is interested in most things mechanical but in particular old motorbikes and cars. Just become the owner of a 1964 mark 3 TRW in fairly good condition despite being off the road for many years. Some fairly intensive re-commissioning will be required I think. I'm already indebted to the forum in helping me establish what the paint colour is, and I'm sure I will get more info over time. In the 60's I was an RAF photographer and while in Germany used to drive a Magirus Deutz water bowser with generator trailer as part of my non photo duties on a MFPU. Mobile Field Photographic Unit for the uninitiated! Great fun. Driving in convoy around Holland France and Germany With a motorcycle escort. Best wishes to all. Chris.
