Runflat
Is the Berliet Foundation's example?
Great War truck
Yes, that one is the Berliet collection one. I always wonder why people do things such as write "Verdun 1916" on the scuttle. Seen similar things before. Cant imagine that was done during the war. Tim (too)
Cel
Yes, one day it should look the same! It even has the same type radiator (with the rounded edges). This one has two headlights, I wonder why some only have one? Thanks! Marcel
Great War truck
Is the brass radiator an earlier pattern one? That might also explain why they went from one head light to two. Many US trucks of this period started off with brass rads and then went to aluminium as it was cheaper and stronger. Tim (too)
Runflat
Possibly an additional lamp has been added so they can use it on today's roads?
Cel
Could be that the rad with rounded edges is earlier, but I am not shure if the one with square edges is aluminium, it does not look to be casted. Not sure about the lights, maybe they had not enough to fit a batch with two units? Marcel
