Hi,
Best bet try
www.afra.org.uk
I normally have trouble applying on line so have to contact them via their contact button. Fee is £15.00 per year which covers you for PLI.
I think some of them might be "livery" buttons as I have some that look the same, I will have to check. Anyway check out this site as it may help you.

I had problems joining online you might have to contact them via their email, but saying that they are very helpfull. You will also need to supply a photo for your ID card, which again can be done online.

Here are a few from the showground event reenactment displays which was about a mile up the road and where the park and ride operated from to go into Pickering (did not get to see the main battle). All in all a great overall event what with the railway, town and showground events all on at the same time in the same area. To see it all you will need a two day stay.
Enjoy the in depth conversation of sandbag fillers!.....mine are filled with more sandbags.

Could not take many pictures as I was looking after my display but here are few.....Lots of flying taking place throughout the day with a variety of aircraft. Very chilled out and laid back atmosphere to the event, could have done with a few more MV's in attendance however thanks to all those who made the effort especially the 514th Redball express.
