Oh, and don't forget Methane is a major greenhouse gas! So In 1901 Lodon was having to dispose of about one and a quarter MILLION tons of horse muck per year, we can't use Methane because of green house. Maybe we will back to Ox carts, fancy that then lads? A right load of Bulloucks?

Blame your stomach bugs! The Human body does not produce methane it is the bacteria in your gut. Incidentaly a breath test can pick up the Methane. According to U.S. Research, poor Lad, if you do have Methane on your breath you will be Obbese, but can blame it on the 'Wrong sort of bugs'. :blush:

They had Rapier B1. Some did return to UK and at least one is in private hands. Also as a result of the fast aquistion required, the 'Stick, Pointing Assembly ' was developed. And the good old L1A1 Self Loading Rifle!!

Chicken poo or pig poo is the best. Anerobic digester producing metheane gas. I know a transport company that has a pig farm attached. In their wisdom the local authority decided to build a huge housing estae nearby, and then complained of the smell! So a digester was installed. The pigs make a loss, but the value of the electric produced now more than makes up for it.

Been doing a quick plip through prices . So far about £40!!! Mine I think was about £7 when I bought it! Probably worth asking a friendly garage to do a full Crypton tune.

The Feild HQ Telephone building next to the Strawberry farm at the top of L'Aleval was disgused as a bungalow, down to a piched roof and Chimmney pots. That had a painted window on the outside. Complete with a flower in a pot! Not so much a mural but the ramps down to the Ammunition storage bunkers at Noirmont and the oberservation towers at Mot Orguill castle have superb granite facings. This is real craft work, very out of place really. Most of teh bunkers had some form of external painted camouflage, or in the case od smaller ones a cladding of local material. -
My old timing light, actually more of a candle, has finally packed up. As it must be twenty five years plus since I purschased such a tool, can anyone recommend a suitable economic replacement?
