One thing that no one has mentioned yet on their list of essentials and without which I would not be happy is a water heater to supply endless hot water for showers etc We got ours from Beltring 3 years ago and it has been great - it is of great interest to many who stand and gaze, but, as soon as Jerry fires it up by lighting the steadily dripping petrol the onlookers without fail take a large step back :whistle:

Jack Me and himself would love to come along to this but as you know we are laking in the vehicle department :schocked: as we do not have anything suitable. It is also the birthday of himself on 29th July - so it could be ice cream and jelly all round :banana: :yay: :banana:

Bodge Will send some after Weymouth Vet's Weekend if thats OK - hopefully the sun will shine and we will get good crisp photos on the beach. You did want a pic of a Ferret covered in sun cream and half naked on a beach didn't you........

Hi Jack The mention of whisky........ always will grab the attention. :beer: I will be taking our caravan to the camp site on Tuesday and will stay till end of show to help Rita with the camping admin. :adminpwr: Jerry will be with the MVT crew in France - leaving this Friday1st until late Thursday 7th and will then bring the ferret down to Weymouth and stay for the weekend. So hospitality at our caravan is allways on offer to you and yours when we are not doing the official type/parade things. Looking forward to Saturday night and seeing the Sherman. Come on all you other HMVF pep's Come and say hello........... you may even catch a glimpse of Jack's Famous Pink Cushion :whistle:

Jack can you have a word with your good lady and ask her to preform her 'wonderful weather dance' for the weekend of Weymouth. I can't be trusted to preform it properly as you saw what happend to the weather last weekend - maybe it was down to the wrong type of chanting.......... Are the Becket family staying over or just day visitors?

Hi All :wave: Just got back from our travels and doing some catching up. We will be there - HardyFerret and the Ferret, and I will be there from Tuesday to help with the camping - so please come and say hello. Do remember to speak slowly and clearly as I am terrible at remembering names and not as quick as I used to be ........... especially after some of the things that we have been doing while away, :whistle: but more of that some other time. Question please Clive When you wind the handles does some sort of guage / indication divice activate in the top? I do enjoy these brain teasers but the hair is now getting thin after all the head rubbing. At this rate I will have to skin one of the dogs to make myself a wig.

Looks like a jolly good piece of kit to me. :-D I would not have any problem if my husband took ownership of somthing like that. The problem would be in the vehicle that was required to haul it. If he brought one of those home it would be a different matter. :n00b:

Neil this knock... this will sound everso daft but make sure someone hasn't cranked the rocker cover bolts right done trying to reuse an old cover gasket, as the rocker bolts can touch :schocked: I've had this a couple of times over the years, and one occasion, gained a very nice 2a SWB, for buttons :-D :-D Just an idea, never know... regards Hardyferret :whistle:
