  11. Thanks to the wdbikemad post I have just turned this smock inside out, found labels in sleeve, crotch strap. Will take pics of all if of intrest. But bear with me, got to get sorted for Stafford event/ex Mil.
  12. Hi Mark. I know I have some where paper work for MP's on how to 'restrain' a 'troblesome' suspect. Must dig it out for you.
  13. Just thought I would add a pic. of a label stiched into a smock picked up Sun. (one of five, all slightly dif. 68ptn's) Three appear never to have been worn and in mint condition. Quick look, a couple still have this type of label, printed stamps on the linings and some sort of chalk/crayon markings on the 'care' label. Again, a quick look at the trousers still show signs of taylors chalk marks for stiching etc. Had a go, but my camera does not pick up these other markings. Two came with hoods. It has been sugested that one may be a RAF Reg. version? Another a Belfast version due to colouring. May be of intrest. Andy.
  14. Sorry, size 2. 8405-99-1321771 Jersey mans heavy Dated 1977
  15. What cracking weather, what a cracking start to the show/event season. Was only able to display on the Sunday so only took a small display. Joined my mate to set up signals kit. The event was very busy indeed with loads of intrest from radio hams and ex. servicemen. Fair turn out from military vehicals, plenty of traders, never got round as spent up within 1/2hr being there on 68ptn. kit! may be another thread. Day was so good stopped over and 'lived' out of the Landi and straight to work Mon. from show. A few pics. Andy.

Green, narrow red stripes either side a broard blue. Jacket has medal ribbon. Will take a pic. but jacket and trousers need cleaning asap.A few different items of headware in the stuff picked up today!! Most a little damp, so a couple of weeks drying and washing.
