Dunno mine's still got the sealed beam units where the bulb, reflector and glass are all one bit... which is a bit annoying as i've lost dip on one side. M37 lights don't look too out of place on a WC.
However Bader did have a habit of repeatedly pranging his car to the point where the cost of repairs postponed his marriage on more than one occasion... :nono:
Nice
Made a 1939 one for my dad's Rover 14. The number of people who were taken in by it...
He's bought a 1937 Rover 20 Sports Saloon so I've gotta make another now:naughty:
Played the drums for the last 20 years (not continuously, you understand) so been in and out of all kinds of bands from Jazz, Heavy Metal, Rock and most recently Motown and Blues so a bit of everything but swing does it for me now 34
The Machinegunners Robert Westall
A kids book read it on holiday when i was about 10
it really took me from building models to wanting to collect military stuff
Never did get an MG34 though :-D
So its Robert Westalls' fault I'm broke all the time the bugger +(
I emailed you an updated data plate with the web address on it yesterday $£
I can send a blank one as a hi res PDF if you like
or you could send your details & I can place them on with the embossed effect
Well it's well documented that Churchill, whilst not exactly pleased, was greatly comforted by the fact that the US would now be entering the war fully and as such would represent a very strong ally for us. Some theorists have even speculated that the impending threat to Pearl was suspected by British but not mentioned as it was known what the longterm outcome would be :-o
I recon the data plate would work well as a vehicle sticker/badge & p'raps a simplified version for the logo...
Problem is, is a banner and a logo and a sticker are all pretty different mediums that have to fulfill different criteria. What'll look good on a t shirt will look dull on screen & what looks great on screen won't go on a tshirt (easily or cheaply) & stickers are a ball-ache full stop...!
Oh and design by comittee doesn't work either! (trust me I know).
