  1. Busy old ferret that one! 3 record cards!! Peter H might be able to decode the cards fully for you, although he might be sick of doing them by now, as I know he's done quite a few (many thanks Peter) :-) He's on the forum so should see your cards. I am missing the hull number of your ferret, if you don't mind would it be possible to message me the number, for my record. Cheers Matt
  2. Maybe 10ft :-) Over-estimating again! see atatched.
  3. It's for a long (approx 20ft) flexible insulated exhaust tube. I have the genny and the tube, bought together. I will send you a PM for the chap I bought it from, he still has some bits as I bought a spare air filter from him a couple of months or so ago. He might have an exhaust. MT
  4. Welcome Max You have come to the right place to find plenty of ferret guru's. I am interested to know the registration details. Kind regards Matt
  5. A friend of mine was at the Chain Bridge Honey Farm near Berwick over the bank Holiday. He had a saracen. This is it: Civvy Reg RSL 441 For interest. MT
  6. You are right, it's not there! Was on it the other day. Maybe they have had a major server breakdown, or an alien abduction :-)
  7. Cheers mate But 25 quid for a lead! in Yorkshire we say "How Much!!" :-)

  11. Hello everyone I've bought a 24v penthouse map lamp for the 101. Does anyone have any spare 3 pin cables which they will part with (screw fitting)? I've also bought a 240v/24v General illumination penthouse set for the shows. It's a great bit of kit. It's missing the 24v DC input cable (6150-99-901-4833). Any spares about? (save hacking into one of the interconnection cables) Thanks Matt
  12. Hello everyone I'm sorry to say that I think my engine oil level is gradually increasing and I (annoyingly) suspect it's from my rebuilt fuel pump. I rebuilt it a couple of years ago using a NOS kit and used the blue hylomar on the afore mentioned washer / diaphragms. It's been ok until now but I can't think of any other cause of the increase in oil level (it's not dramatic but I have removed a litre or so, so far to bring the level down to the max, and it seems to be gradually increasing again) I know some of you have fitted a electic pump in it's place. Would it be possible to post some photos/details of the modifications done and location of the pump? Need to decide what to do, risk another rebuild, try another pump, have a pump rebuilt by a professional etc etc, fit an electric..etc etc Regards Matt
  13. Hi Pekka Welcome to the forum. I think I have your hull number on record for your May 1959 ferret. If you could confirm the number I might be able to help in finding Military registration number, or at least narrow down your search. Cheers Matt
  14. Thanks Keith :-) Sorry, nothing on 01DA97 :-( Cheers Matt
  15. Welcome in Keith I would be interested to know which ferret you have :-) Cheers Matt

  19. To my pleasant suprise we stumbled across this yesterday when coming back from Preston. It's still looking good 2 years on, more green underfoot from the original picture :-) MT
