sorry to hear that mate , we went to Fairhaven this lunch time , watched the red arrows at 1pm.went past the air port on the way home and saw them lined up for re fuelling..... (didnt see any other aircraft tho over south port!!!) -
my jeep does that too degsy......

Today we put the Munga body onto the trailer that the sand blaster is letting us borrow.(cheers Blackpool blasting services).bit of a squeeze in the garage but it went on !most of the underneath side doesnt need blasting as it was done about 5 years ago . Main areas are the front arches, inside the tub,engine bay and under the dash ........ :coffee:

some kind of jet (not sure what , as not really into planes ) did a couple of passes over southport beach today , probably getting ready for the air show tomorrow . watched it from Fairhaven (will be watching show from here too , good view usually if weather ok)......:coffee:

Has anyone got any different pics of the jeep on page 67 of the Jerrycan book that has been made into a pickup using a jeep trailer for the rear bed (book states its 1945,and invented by the 115th ordnance co.)...:coffee: looks cool...

our jeep was rebuilt using mainy original bolts (filled the f s off some off the bolts as ours is a willys, still got some left for next one . ).......not into nylocs
