    there is a place in preston who have the army canvas in and will be able to make a copy off a pattern . trouble is i cant for the life of me remember their name !!!! They have made canvases for chevys, jeeps etc .....dads looking for their number for you ............

    ITS BACK!! the body rolled up tonight , so just been down and took these pics,well pleased with how its turned out.We knew it had a bit of filler in it (just a skim)actually less than we thought . also some welding is needed but considering its a Munga(1964) its in bloody good condition. (dads well chuffed) ........:coffee:

    would have liked to try and find out if this is the one we had for 25 years(been re registered if it is,things on the one in the pic like ours had ) and if so arrange for my dad to have a ride/drive it as it would have been a nice surprise for his 70th (today!!. ) .....( he does not know about this)(maybe arrange with the owner to meet next rally season if not too far away, and surprise him . he would be so chuffed. )

    body not appeared tonight (probably due to weather not brill) never mind ! would have made dads day as its his 70th today .(well chuffed with the jerrycan book tho )..........
