martylee Posted September 22, 2008 Share Posted September 22, 2008 I was just watching the Boomerang channel, which is tv for children in case you didn't know. We were watching The Peanuts and Snoopy when they decided to visit France in their show. They went to Normandie and learned a lot about ww2 and the then went on to Falnders and learned about ww1 as well. They saw war cemetaries and battle grounds. Also some actual footage from the invasion were put in the show. I think it was a nice way to teach the young ones about the wars.
