Jessie The Jeep
OK, ya got me!!! I do have a few more :-) Mike's recently restored M38A1, rebuilt after being found in a barn, after having been spiked by a tractor with folks on the front, which modified one side somewhat. After fitting a new body panel and a respray, it looks like new.

Jessie The Jeep
Each day, there was a battle on the show field. The first battle shown below started out with the resistance and Para's cutting through a wire fence on the way to the German positions. Unfortunately a US patrol stumbled on them giving their positions away to the Germans and fire fight started. As the Allies pressed home their initial advantage, I was somewhat amused by the German officer lying on the ground with his fingers in his ears! Although out numbered, the Germans took back the advantage, pushed forwards and took the US and UK forces by surprise, winning Saturday's battle.
