Tony B Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 I remember (slurp, gurgle put teeth back) when they were flying proper aircraft, the Folland Gnat, there had been a bit of a dispute over wether they or the Patrille De France were the top military team. The next time the two met was at the Jersey Air Display. The Patrille peformed with the Mirages, and it was breathtaking. There was then silence, and a single Gnat came in from over the Island ratteling the chimmney pots. I have never seen a jet aircraft perform like it before or since.
