Mark
Hi Can anyone please tell me how much oil the axles take on a jimmy, I have tried finding the answer in my new manuals but to no avail, so any info would be much appreciated. Markheliops
Mark Presumably the axles have a filler plug - Most vehicles I have come across state half inch below filler plug level when cold. Markheliops
Markheliops
PS. If the volumes are in American jargon - 1 quart is about 1 litre.
R Cubed
As per TM 9-801 Manual To drain axle oil after operation or when oil is still hot. No mention of quantity, just to fill to level of filler hole. This applies to Splits and Banjo Axles Fronts and Both Rears. Also mentions checking vents at same time.
