paul connor
In the following images we see that the Wolf HS in each one has a cargo net on the roof as well as longer bungee cords and straps. Where are these nets from as they must be issue item and have an NSN. Are they from trailers and repurposed or specifically for the Wolf HS? The longer bungee cords and ratchet straps also appear frequently when the vehicles have a camouflage net stowed, but where do these longer items also originate? I hope someone can help Regards Paul (Images from Alamy Website)
Mk3iain
The nets look like helicopter load nets, maybe...(it's been a while). For internal use not underslung, same used in fixed wing transports etc. Edited December 5, 2023 by Mk3iain
johnwardle
The bungees look like lengths of bungee rope, it comes in 100 metre rolls you just cut it to the required length and tie it in place. Also used on the side sheets of MAN, sorry they are now Rheinmetall trucks.
