J60 engine valve clearances

Can anyone help me with the correct valve clearances for the Jaguar J60 engine in a CVRT Scimitar?

There seem to be several different options.

The block is not ribbed and is not slotted between the cylinders if this makes a difference (a fairly early engine)

Just building the cylinder head up now to re-install and I want to get the valve clearances right.

Thank you.

I would think just the same as XK clearances. early engines 4 Thou inlet, 6 Thou exhaust. Post 1968/69 engines 12 Thou inlet, 14 Thou exhaust. If the engine has many hours on and you have access to an endoscope check the lower timing chain tensioner when you take the cam covers off. To see if it is still in place.
