79x100
It's a P&M...The registration is a pre-war Yorkshire series, issued from 1904 to 1912. Is he in military service in this photo ?
Paul Harrison
As far as I am aware this picture of my Grandfather was taken somewhere in the WW1 battlefields, precise location unknown.
PITT24423
A snippet more info , the family were under the impression that the photo was taken during the Great War in France or Belgium with my guess being highly probable judging by the house in the background. 79x100
You'll have heard of 'Panther' though ? The brand name became better-known. Right to the end, they retained that tall 'Sloper' engine for their heavyweight machines.

welbike
It's a P&M alright, but more like a 1918 model, every year had it's updates. Lex
