SebBrady
Hello wider audience of HMVF. This is a long shot. I would love to be able to track down the first military vehicle I purchased in this great hobby. Its a FV434 and for the life of me I cannot remember the service number. However I do remember its plate like yesterday: PNT891G Are you the new owner? Have you since owned it? Would love to be able to see where or how or what she is up to at this time! Thanks ever so much for any info you may have! I have attached a photo of the day it got delivered to the farm! Thanks, Seb!
LarryH57
Seb, you might like to mention to whom it was sold or at least the area of the UK or World in which it was to be kept after it was sold!
SebBrady
Sorry mate! I sold it down to Terry B who's on here already, hope he doesn't mind me mentioning him! I've already asked him and it's been passed on. That was down in Kent!
Nick Johns
DVLA search PNT 891G last road tax expired in 2014 Edited October 18, 2020 by Nick Johns
LarryH57
Does that suggest it has become historic status?
SebBrady
Not sure to be honest 2014 is in line with when I sold it last so could just mean it's not been used anywhere on the roads since then?
andym
I don't suppose that either you or Terry have a copy of the V5? It's quite common to use the military VRN as the chassis number, which would help. Andy
SebBrady
Sorry for the delayed reply its taken me a while to dig through the papers. Sadly I only have the snippets when I sold it on. So thats a dead end on my end
