spooky
Hi I have been trying for a long time to find (without silly expense) info on the Mammoth Major that was used with the RAF Refuellers that i worked on in the 70s and 80s.. So i have some pictures and i have a Marshall parts and service manual for which some of the parts are the same. I wish i had access to one to photograph or measure (i'm in Northumberland) but they seem as rare as hens teeth, It started out as fun but i have enough machinery and CAD skills to start a scale project, its undecided over 1:8 or 1:4, its likely to be 1:8 as i have now the plans to build a working engine at this scale which i intend to modify to resemble the AV760. That said if i could do the 1:4 i could really get into a gearbox that could easily hide servos inside to operate but all of this is mostly redundant unless i can get some accurate measurements, pictures of me beside one or working on one is not cutting it and as my memory is starting to get old i am in a hurry :-D Anyway heres hoping someone can offer some pointers or help thank you Malc

spooky
That would be perfect. I could purchase it if you want to sell or if allowed i could borrow it and scan it then return it with a deposit to you to cover Incredible fortune 🙂 Malc
