cripp Posted November 15, 2005 Author Share Posted November 15, 2005 The meeting was at beltring 02. Just walking around the stalls and this fella started talking to my mates kid about his gun(toy). After a little while we noticed a stall with a book about him. We duly bought a copy had it signed and went on our way. It's only afterwards that you realise what incredible things this unasuming man, and many more like him, did. That pretty much decided the theme for the jeep if I ever could afford one. Plus they're a smart looking bunch Luckily 2 years later I got lucky and found an affordable jeep. The following year was expensive though!
