My eyes are watering already at the thought of the prices these are likely to achieve at such a venue! We need a sweepstake! My guess is £32k for the '45 and £30k for the 43, cos' the latter lacks the sexy bits.

No the other way round, the 43 looks to be much better condition, the 43 has combat rims and the 45 Hotchkiss ones and just look at the state of the engine bays in both they are world's apart.

 

Lets hope the air cooled .50 cal on the 45 is deactivated to the new EU level other wise they are now breaking the law, unless its a repro of course and then they have to ensure the buyer meets the VCR Bill requirements, difficult to do when there are hands waving in the air or on line bidding !!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps more realistic prices.

 

The 43 Jeep sold for £20,600 Estimate was £20,000 - £24,000

 

The 45 Jeep sold for £13,052.50 Estimate was £14,000 - £16,000

And for the connoisseur, the '43 is an ex-British jeep (19 YH 26)...
