I am stumped a bit with the type approval. I cannot find a type approval number on the vehicle or anywhere else for Q 11 and if this is not filled in it refers you to Q 50 for a statement why it is exempt. g0ozs Posted September 27, 2015 Share Posted September 27, 2015 Ian The grounds for exemption are listed at https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-approval/exemptions-from-vehicle-approval - I imagine it is either a light goods vehicle or a passenger vehicle with 8 passenger seats or less and more than 10 years old ?
