Sean N
As I understand it, used in WW2 by the Guards Armoured Division, a similar sign having been used by its predecessor in WW1. After 1945 I understand the Division reverted to infantry units, but it seems this emblem continued in use. What unit or units used the ever open eye after 1945? Minesweeper
I hope that I remember correctly but it was being used by the Guards Brigade in 1960 when it was part of the Strategic Reserve. And I think based in Winterbourne Gunner. Tony
