scott9643
This Commer cab Ford in a sorry state appeared at the Langport show in Somerset recently. It's last use was as a timber tractor as so many of these old Fords ended their working life, but now on it's way to the scrappers I've no doubt, although the owner said he was determined to get the engine running, but it was a Perkins 4 cylinder diesel and not the original flathead V8. Interesting that this sort of stuff still turns up in the oddest of places.
GeePig
Nice bit of tinworm there Still, if the rig on the back is OK it might find a new home? trevor
woa2
Wasn't this one on ebay earlier this year but got no bids? I could have made use of a seat out of it.
scruffyHerrbert
Reminds me of one up for auction on ebay about 9-10yrs ago up in Ayrshire - lovely looking cabs on these trucks. That had a diesel fitted but came with the original petrol V8. Looked pretty tidy too for a 50yr old Ford.

Try these people -- it was their lorry it was loaded on - http://www.pdgmachinery.co.uk/
