Made by the "silent clothing company" I think;)! They had a certain rustle to them that was impossible to silence. Were smart and useful and cheap if you knew where to buy them in the day. This Size 1 is the earlier version, with an interesting label and - as stated elsewhere - the bottle-green velcro. This really is a quality garment, flexible as the day it was made and lighter than the first one (which can go as I don't need two; pm me if interested).
