fv1609
Came across this rather inaccurate description of the Humber 1-Ton. Can anyone spot the errors & ommisions? I have found 10 so far. Although I don't like to criticise an author, does anyone know when this was written & by whom? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v684/fv1620/Humberstory1.jpg[/img]
Richard Farrant
Clive, I found 8 mistakes. The author knew very little on the subject quite obviously. Just goes to show you should not believe everything you read.....unless it is one of the excellent articles penned by a Mr. C. Elliott, whom I know has a vast reference library to refer to. I think you may owe me a pint, Clive? ;-) Richard

Richard Farrant
What of OMD75? OMD75? No thanks.......but a pint of shandy in the searing heat of Beltring would not go amiss ;-) Richard
fv1609
but a pint of shandy in the searing heat of Beltring would not go amiss ;-) Richard A pint of OMD75 is worth more than a pint of shandy, .............but at Beltring prices maybe not :dunno: But you are dodging the question, who or what organisation do you think might have written that stuff with such poor factual content?
