Gerry275
I have 4 wheels from 2 different jeep trailers and realised both sets were different in that 1 had riveted centre and 1 welded (funnily in each pair) so I that's easy sorted. Riveted centres - both have only 1 stamping that I can see 1967 WOF and other wheel WOF ??70 Welded centres between stud holes 45OE16 5NS9M VM 10 82 and the other wheel 45OE16 5NS9M CD 06 88 While I like the look of the rivets the welded are better in that the well is deeper by approx. 1/2" and boy removing the tyres is easier with levers Can anyone tell me what I have by these codes :thanx: Thanks
Nick Johns
The code "WOF" is Willys Overland France, you have different types of Hotchkiss rims, there is quite a few variations in the wheels used on French Jeeps and trailers Edited January 18, 2014 by Nick Johns
