mallyb
Welcome along. So what sort of tanks are you interetsted in? There are many to choose from Hiya thanks for the welcome. I'm more into my cvrts. I would love to own a sparton. This all stems back to when i liveing in tidworth. Our house was on the edge of sailsbury plane. I use to listen to the cheiftans roaring in the early hours of the morning. My dads regiments garages were next to the tank garages. So i was often taken out on to sailsbury plane for rides. So its more from 1970s upwards and of course its got to be british. What are you into yourself? Thanks Mally

What are you into yourself? Thanks Mally I tried a CVR(T) a while back but I'm a bit big for them - they're quite a squeeze in the drivers position. If you are pondering one, keep that in mind. I have wide taste in vehicles, but a definite soft spot for wartime british and pretty well anything tracked. Spartan's do come up for sale every so often. Keep an eye out on the Milweb classifieds. You may also want to check in with the Alvis Fighting Vehicle Society as well. If you are looking toward taking you category H (tracked vehicle) driving test there's plenty of advice on here It sounds like you had quite a good view over Salisbury Plain! The sparton look really well at the show. Looking forward to next years. Still doing the old biking. Went to Betwis-y-coed and did the marin twice this month. It's a trail you must do. Off to coed-y-brenin this sun to do the mbr. Good to hear off you. Speak soon. Mally.

mallyb
Just been looking at that gisburn forest. It looks quite good. Is there a biking center there cuse me and my mate jamie are thinking of doing it over xmas or mid jan. When we do, we'll give you a shout and you'll have to show us around the trails if possible. You'll like my mate jamie, he's a broker by trade. So you've got something in common. Do you know if bakers got that challenger up and running yet? If they get it out for the day. I would love to come down and see it running around. I do speak to ming on facebook quiet a lot. He does keep me posted now and again. Just picking your brains for a sec tim. When I log on to this site. It comes up in red on the right hand top corner but nothing is telling me i've got a message. Is that normal and is there an easier way of doing it. Speak soon Mally. Gisburn looks quite good Mally although not that extensive - for a REALLY good day out hit Lee quarry in Lancs - it has had major money spent and is truly awesome - also only a couple of miles away across the moors is cragg quarry, with a really good track in between festooned with jumps (watch out for pinch punctures though!). Cheers Timbo
