David TS
so what would have been used for ? in what roll ? jamie Moving airdrop supplies from the drop zone to bases, and many other roles. It would carry a pallet on the back, plus had a fork lift pallet trailer, plus a self loading lightweight pallet trailer. It could also tow an air portable fuel container. It was also used by special forces, and could have a Gimpy mounted on it for fire support. http://www.eliteukforces.info/gallery/vehicles/supacat.php They were last used in Afghanistan, retired in 2010. Lauren Child
Very cool - what license do you need to drive these? Is it an H for skid steering or can you drive on a car license as there are no tracks to be steered by? Looks like an ideal vehicle for popping to Tesco's
