bawtrylwt Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Just checked the propshafts on my dodge and theres play in the UJ's but it seems to be the cup which is moving not the actual joint. Gordon_M Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 The cups, roller needles, and joint crosses all have wear surfaces - yours are probably just well worn. If it is really bad just change the joint, if not a heavy duty grease ( water pump fibrous grease maybe ? ) or strip and replace the roller needles might do it.
