bromptonboy Posted April 14, 2010 Share Posted April 14, 2010 (edited) Well, after years of doing events and things with all sorts of military vehicle and reenactors I've become a member! I run the events and other special projects at The Historic Dockyard Chatham so my main contact with the MV world is through our Salute to the Forties, Armed Forces Day and Transport events as well as the Chatham Militaria Fairs. I don't personally own a military vehicle but do have several in the collection here including a Matador, GMC Bomb Truck, a couple of Land Rovers, a Champ, and a couple of dockyard Lister trucks. Our next big military vehicle event is Salute to the Forties on 18th & 19th September when we take the heart of the Dockyard back to the war years. Have a look at www.thedockyard.co.uk for details.
