this makes for an interesting read in places although i think all 133 pages might be a bit of a slog and no i haven't read them all.i spent 14 years in the army and never knew that a mil was equivalent to 1yd at a 1000yds,(you learn something new everyday).

Hi Eddy ,

just had a look at the training manual , very informative if you want to shoot at some one or go on a parade !! they mentioned using signal flags in one of the chapters ,i managed to buy a set at Beltring last year for the M10 .

Yep it's going to be some parade!:undecided: U.S. signals and T.D. command routines with British SPG, but extremely interesting all the same.:-)

adrian just a thought with you mentioning shooting at people, is the gun still live?and while we're on the subject of guns do you know which sighting telescope it uses,i have the firefly sight and wondered if it was the same(very nice sight).

 

steve never mind about mils and metres i never got used to not using degrees to navigate,bloody gun bunnies always complicating matters.
