  14. Found a series of things about Brooklands including this clip about them opening and exploring a air raid shelter there in 1991. if you look further there is an otherclip of them moving the tall boy bomb makes some interesting viewing .

  19. a clip of a Scammell earning its keep getting another truck back on the road , a slow steady pull does it all , not even a need for an anchor as the lads have already lightened the load greatly.
  20. yes indeed , didnt seem to strain at all pulling the crane sideways with a drag line bucket full of muck to boot.
  21. Thats perfect as a number of members here have many of those same age and vehicle types right now . While they maybe resourceful in getting spares and tools located its always better to have someone who's done it before when trying to get things sorted out or get something apart in a way that allows it to be rebuilt rather than chucked . Have a peek at the different threads and feel free to comment.
  22. some cool fun there , doing a bit of drifting yeah ! might need to get a set of grouser on there if your doing a lot of deep snow travel. still possible to get stuck if the snows deep enough .
