  1. Take a LARGE shovel! :cool2: Like most vehicles off road, the fun is finding out! Side slopes are the ones to be carful of. They are a bit top heavy. Though I'm probably teaching you to suck eggs.
  2. Straight answer from VOSA? That'll be a first. Even there website has a disclaimer! http://www.dft.gov.uk/vosa/
  3. That incidentally is the Fox, and Eddie :-D.
  4. Sa 80 a good air spring single shot plastic BB one will cost about £50. Looks and feels , well , better built than the L85A1. Brens. The Ferret was in service so long you'd get away with a .303 Bren. The only real obvious visual diffrence between a .303 and 7.62 Bren was the .303 has a curved mag the 7.62 a straight.
  5. Eddie is a real gem of a guy! I know your beast, when she was at Coulsdon near Croydon. The yard has been sold for development and we are in the throws of moving to Finmere to an old railway goods yard site. Collection so far is three locos three carragies and a desperate shortage of track!
  6. He did! Just so he could brag about his shiny new Eltrikerycal toy! :banghead:
  7. I'm looking for a six volt Optima battery at the moment. Spoke to Optima UK, the guy made an intresting comment, 'If you can get any battery at the moment. The Britsh Army are buying up everything we can get'.
  8. Don't worry someone will point out the faults. A wooden pick handle, British Army Issue attitude adjuster is a great comfort in such situations.
  9. Not a manual, but a dull cmaouflaged SUSAT. With a huge great bright yellow radioactive sign on it! :nut:
  10. Having had the same problem. Try these places http://www.alpha-batteries.co.uk/buy-online/classic-6v-car-batteries/pair-of-6v-type-421-classic-car-batteries/prod_76.html http://www.performancebatteries.co.uk/ I've decided on an Optima, very small and the performance is excellent.
