Last week has been the worst driving conditions I've ever known. How I got through without an acident I'm still trying to work out. When you stop 6.448kgs on the road with the handbrake set, you don't expect it to start sliding gently down the camber towards the kerb.:confused:

Depends, despite Degsy, I'm sold on the Isuzu Troopers.trouble is once they get round to be sold there often worked to death.

The 200tdi Discoverys are coming down in price. Check the back floor for rust .Range Rovers are still the best. The little Diahatsu Terios isn't a bad little tool.

Hasn't been above -2 all day round here. And that thermometer has a reputation of being optomistic! Ploughs have been out, and just made things worse. Umpteen abonded cars still about, causing all sorts of problems, and freezing rain forcast. Next time I'll hibernate! Oh and double decker bus V 7 cars , a brick wall and a Transit. Bus isn't to bad really.

Funny enough someone else made the same remark about the Great War today, and don't forget WW2! I've just measured the snow sitting on top of the Volvo at 9.5 inches, and about the same expected tonight. The wind is also getting up just to add to the fun! Don't think I'll be driving me little red bus anywhere tommorow.

Any excuse! Number One son has just aquired his first running Land Rover, the water pump was leacking so he was out last night for two hours under the stret lamp changing it. He was turning cartwheels when he woke up the morning (Silly B)

SE London gridlocked. Been snowing all day and still at it. Roads are just ice rinks.

Well theres enough snow black ice white ice and every other colour round SE London at the moment.Best dancing partners apart from Dennis Dart, seem to be BMW's. It has beenm snowing all day , and still at it. HGard small chips, now wind getting up so strating to drift.
