  1. Would you belive it! Pictures of everything and only one of the back of a Tilly at Ver in 2005! However, he might mean this one, a n Austin 7 military vehicle. This one was at the Mall in London. They went across in 1940 as radio vehicles, about 30 if i remeber, all were lost ecxcept this one. It had been involved in an acident on the way to the port, been shoved in a barn and forgotten about.
  2. Welcome! What have got in the collection?
  3. Welcome, please post some pictures of your vehicles, we'd all love to see them.
  4. Otherwise known as Bl**dy Scary! A friend has a vehicle with this layout and so were some early Quads, hate driving them!
  5. Blood sweat and a sore head from banging. Garunteed with Military Vehicles. Mind you the look on the faces of the rest of the people in the Supermarket car park , Priceless!
  6. Update and hopefully problems soved. Richard , the Jag filter is slightly to long, but cut down with a clip to hold it the fit is fine in the canister. MF the conversion is the current route. The oil filter head for a screw on catridges that was fitted to the old B series engines like the Mini, A40 and dear old Moggy Minor, bolts straight on and as a bonus fits all the original Wolosley plumbing. The other nice thing, to revert to original is only three bolts and about ten minutes work. The one thing that may be a problem is when the engine is all back together, it is curently having the white metal work done on it, there may be a spacer needed to clear the sump as it stands out from the back of the engine on the left side.
  7. Certain weapons on Section 5 certificates, which incidentally can include a blow gun used for darting animals, discharges noxious substance, the anisthetic in the dart, can be held for use in films and movies. They may be used provided the Certificate holder is present. Am Dram is also excluded from the VCR replicas. Back home life is much simpler, does it have a smooth bore? Then you need a Permit De Portage from the Parish Hall. Does it have a rifled barrel (Including air weapons) Then you need a Police certificate.
  8. Yes, apparently they are in secure storage.
  9. It is very complicated. I still OWN that is have a legal claim to my pistols. I bever signed it away at collection. Though I cannot pocess them. Still write a letter to Home Office every year to find out if they are in good condition.
  10. Proably vapourise it! I knew an old electrician used to claim he made his tea by knocking two nails through a bit of wood wiring it to the mains and dropping it into the cup. Never had the nerve to ask for a demo though.
  11. Very easy , even I can do it. :-D Go to 'Manage Attachments' at the bottom of the page. You do need to reduce the size of the picture to fit but the rest is more or less automatic.
  12. Welcome in, usual demand post pictures of the vehicles.
  13. Humm. I'm begining to wonder, could you end up welding the nut on rather than taking it off?
  14. Easy enough to get a heavy duty 110 transformer. A lot at boot sales for 15 -20 quid recently. Has the added advantage , often a load of cheap 110 v power tools and portable lights with them.
  15. Missing the black 'Ski Mask', either rolled up as a cap or pulled down to rob banks. :-D
