    Just checked the gauges the frequency gauge will only go to 55 Hz.

    Thought about that but it would have been cranked up to 60Hz for US use.

    It has an analogue volt meter on the panel which is wher I am getting the reading. I connected a 240 angle grinder to the 3 pin plug outlet, as soon as I operate the switch the trip operates. As I say the Hz is spot on, again from a gauge on the panel.

    Recently purchased one of the many Air Log 5.6 KvA 240v generators being sold off by Withams. After sorting fuel system problems and putting engine oil in it (it was empty not just low) ran it up only to find it is only delivering about 120v. Hz are correct at 50 cycles on the dial so not an engine rpm problem (presume 3000rpm). Does anybody have manuals or any ideas what may be wrong ?

    No contam available any more that job is all covered by specialist collection companies for reprocessing. M35 is a good vehicle to run had one a my regular weekend show vehicle for last 9 years.

    Sorry to disappoint but Andy's tank is a Challenger 1 which is 11'6" wide, a standard UK motorway lane is 12', which can reduce to 10" without notification and less than that with notification (signage on the motorway).

    Hinchcliffe in Bury seem to be the local ones, Craig rented one of them week before last for taking Warwick's M41 to Wickstead. (His own trailer was being used for something else). Suspect Craig will have one off them again around YWE as he will be flat out shifting stuff into the event.

    I have axle gaiters. New manufacture in modern rubber. One of only 2 suppliers in UK and 3 in the world. £25 each postage at cost or may be able to deliver foc depending where you are located.

    Sorry Rick, went and got it today, its a Simms one with different pump elements.

    Think I've got a complete injector pump of a Rolls 265 that you can strip on out of if its the same pump. Its not at home though, its in a lock up on the farm so will take me a couple of days before its back here.

    You need six ohf these on the trailer bed Rick, track guides for when you are loading on your own.
