  1. unfortunatly i couldnt attend so i had to bid via the online system and that dosnt let you say if you win one then the second bid would be canceled i got a friend up that way to look at them and he said they didnt look to bad even the covers dont need replacing just a shame my landrover has a nato hitch so normal trailers wont fit on it
  2. got someone to tell me if any good but no pots and pans just cookers and ovans not sure if they would fit on a 14ft trailer trailer thougth graham due to weight shame i cant tow both at the same time

  5. ok so it looks like i have now the mobile field kichen for next year that just goes on the back of the landrover just got to go to grantham to pick it up next week and get 2 of them back so will have a good cooking set for next year which will cater for 100+

  7. looks a lot like a bleeding kit that was used in the 1800's for officers as they reconed that officers had to much gas seen similar thing on sharp the tv series

  11. one of the companys that i work for, lynns travel in eastbourne do the rememberance day trip to ypres and already for this year nearly all the seats have gone on the two coaches going so if planing to go for remberance day check now as a space nearer the time will probably be like gold dust we tend to get to ypres for morning parade then over round the cemetarys and hill 60 stopping at the main locations then returning to ypres for the last post in the evening it is a sobering time but dont forget your cameras as i did last year and regreted it
  12. when shearings used to have a interchange at heston services we could always tell if we were in on time because we would see concord taking off on the monday morning

  14. myself i would have said you were stood on the sands just round from appledore shipyard as the hovercraft are normally parked oposite on the old bidiford road together with a couple of landing craft

  16. unfortunatly ive just been looking at this and for psv holders it started yesterday im now contacting the various firms i work for and see which one will pay for the card and the course otherwise yet another bill to pay out fair enougth if driving in england it shouldnt be too bad but the continant the police over there like to pick faults just to put a fine on you straight away a couple of years ago i remember a driver was stopped and he didnt have his licence on him just his passport and ended up with a fine and i was sent out to take over the tour as he was not allowed to drive, luckally it was only at reims not further down
  17. ok started planing the catering for next year and a rougth guide will be as follows breakfast each day sausage bacon egg and beans b&b friday night chicken in sweet and sour sauce over spuds/rice sat night meat pie mash and veg sun night chops/roast pototoes and veg, crumble and custard cost about a tenner a head for all weekend plus tea and coffee throughout the weekend how does this sound
