  1. right normal menu aprox £10 a head for the weekend specialist (vegie/organic)£50 a head as will need to get a second chef in specially
  2. why not try one of our beloved leaders 9x9 im sure he would do a deal for you and it would fit on the back of the lightweight
  3. if i find any chickens running around then they will be organic and grenade pie can also be arranged:cool2: mind you this is all if jack makes it as will be ordering main supplies from bookers sorry jack:cool2: if you want organic then cost would be twice as much as all organic food ends up costing two to three times as much and vegitarian food could posibly be done but you must realise i will be bulk cooking so cross contomination could happen:shocked:and you would end up with bacon grease on your vegi sausage best bet jack if necessary i will save one burner for you to cook on but the menu will be the same for everyone else
  4. bunny pie is local produce but the rest will be from major supermarket and bookers so standerd army rations im afraid
  5. rambo tony and roger(redcap) both drive in london i used to drive buses when i first started and it wasnt bad but shiftwork and 12 hour days were not for me so i became a coach driver i know some companys pay you to do the licence and all the paperwork but you are stuck with them for a couple of years hope you get sorted out ok mate

  7. well i work as a freelance coach driver and for me times are starting to get tight but i will continue to do as many shows as i can the main ones will be spta,horndean,mil mayhem and a few locally in sussex i will admit some of the drivers for some of the componies that i work for are seriously struggeling and even the local bus company has now been sold off
  8. well if you need the cookhouse then im sure us modern types might be able to help unless you dont want any modern equipment at base camp
  9. yep roadsure or premium choice still do recovery because i had to use it recently and didnt have any problems with them
  10. ok as a rougth idea how does the following sound breakfast each day sausage bacon egg and beans bread and butter friday night chicken in sweet and sour sauce over spuds/rice sat night meat pie mash and veg sun night chops/joint roast pototoes and veg, crumble and custard cost about a tenner a head for all weekend might be 15 depending on prices next year if catering for about 30 then price should be about right

  15. yesterday on the 90th aniversary of the end of the first world war i took part driving a coach tour around and managed to take a few photos of the places we stopped the first ones are of the menin gate at 11 am and althought the last photo dosnt show them very well poppy flowers were dropped out of the roof of the menin gate the entrance memorial at essex cemetary is the site that mccray wrote the poem (in flanders fields) the next set of photos are of the german cemetary at newmark and you can see that the headstones are flat instead of standing up final set of photos are at tyne cot cemetary which was the biggest of all the ypres cemetarys start of the tour essex cemetary john mccrays aid station german graves grave of the youngest killed in ww1 two ives whose bodies were never found but listed on the walls of tyne cot final pic of one of the stones at tyne cot showing the saying a soldier of the great war known unto god
  16. well welcome to the friendly forum as you have guesed there are a few of us here in sussex so you are never to far from a hand if needed even if just to make tea if you are near hailsham then sunday myself,leeenfield and a few more will be doing the parade with a couple of vehicles so come and say hello dave
  17. if it had a military reg then its a mv even the old chevettes would count as they all served in the military as transports fair enougth some wouldnt count it as such but without standerd vehicles where would the services be
