  5. when i worked at TVR we found dead lizards in a body shell once from mayalsia!....didnt smell to good either ........

  11. here in blackpool someone had stolen the tape player that was going to play the last post at the rememberance . minutes before it was going to be used!!....Words fail me........

Years ago duxford use to have loads of stalls(early eighties) we use to travel down just for jeep /dodge stuff.The numbers of stalls fell greatly we asked why once and was met with" the organiser does not like them!" Still a good show wish it had the number of stalls it use to have ..................

Went yesterday to the myerscough open day and country fair ,not far from preston.We had a good day , weather was good , and plenty to see,it was just a shame more military didnt turn up as i think over time it could be a good show. (camping not really available , but worth a day trip out) Even if you only turned up in a civvy car, a tenner for a car full seemed a good price!If you have a young family it would keep them busy all day! Check out their website , and pencil it in for next year........:coffee: (tried to post this yesterday , but forum wouldnt let me :argh:)

  19. if you cut the end off olive drab boot laces you can run bright coloured wires,loom etc up them and they look old !we did our jeep wiring in these they look old at a glance , they can be painted too........... you got me on the master key hair lol
  20. the best flat rubber we used (dodge floor, trailer floor , chassis packing etc came from a darts shop years ago , think they use to use it on floors for grip.............
  21. Has anyone got any pics of a Munga registered DCK 64B (i think it was ) i believe it was registered with a few others about the same time . It was sold once at an auto jumble in lancashire for about £400 i believe. Any photos or info about its past would be great thanks .............:coffee:
