After having a fantastic day today (chillin and weather wise), the other half and i had a walk on the beach at st annes tonight . All the day trippers had gone home so it was quiet. Just as we were going on to the beach , the Huey came over the sand hills and turned around . all the time we were on the beach it was doing manoevers. Partner was not impressed ! (lol bless her) but no matter how many times i have seen it at rallies it still brings out the goose pimples!! :tup:: Cheers mate !!!! (took the pic at Lytham hall)

Bob Lindsay (MVT) has arranged for another weekend at the Leeds Childrens home in Silverdale. It is to be held on the weekend of 10th-13th of April ,the price is £10 per person for the dormitory or tent/caravan pitch. Friday night:- karaoke, Saturday :- Road run (weather allowing),music , entertainment. The money raised will go to the Leeds Childrens Home. Please contact Bob on 07974445550.:coffee:

The North west military collectors ,are trying to gather together the largest possible gathering of military vehicles to go through the Blackpool Illuminations!. This event will take place on the weekend of 12/13th of September,there is camping available, . For more details please contact Bob on 07974445550.:coffee: Update, The Guiness book of records team have been contacted with a view to trying to get an entry into their next book, for the longest military convoy through the lights..... (just noticed its mentioned in the Blackpool Whats on guide ).

Mvt members have been invited to join the Northwest Military Collectors on the 14/15 th of August for a weekend camp at the Birley Arms near Blackpool. Friday night is free and easy with a D.J and Karaoke in the marquee. Saturday lunch time there is a Military convoy, stopping off on route to lay a wreath at the Freckleton Air Disaster Memorial (65th Anniversary the weekend after ) .
