RAF refueller, Far East WW2

Hi,

The truck is a Autocar U-70(U90?), with a tanker body.

It is a strong possibility that it was previously a US Navy truck, as I remember to read somewhere that both 2x4 and 4x6 U70/U90 were used by this service for use in Naval land airbases.

Note, it seems that autocar was connected to White, and most photos of Autocar trucks appear under this.

 

I hope that the links can be of help, if you find more infos and photos, please post them, this is a rare truck and all info is welcome!
